This is what I got last Sunday for R270 (+-$27) at Pick ‘n Pay supermarket in Cape Town, South Africa.

200 g Brazil nuts, macadamias, pecan nuts
100 g walnuts
100 g almonds
3 papaya
1 Kg Pink lady apples
1 lemon
1 Queen pineapple
5 bananas
2 avocados
250 g mini Italian tomatoes
cauliflower & broccoli
1 Kg carrots
2 brinjals / aubergines
1 red onion
20 g fresh mint
20 g fresh parsley
garlic
ginger

  1. Recently I’ve been having trouble with feeding my nephew broccoli. So I was determined to get him to eat it. Call it a challenge and he challenged the wrong auntie! Diced the broccoli up in little pieces and disguised in marinara sauce. Works with cauliflower too! Like a charm! Haha!

      1. Yusss! Excellent idea! If you can turn it into a game their interested or shape it into something they are familiar with you can get them to eat it… most of the time, haha. 🙂
