Healthy living South Africa

This is what I got for R320 (+-$32) last Sunday from Pick ‘n Pay supermarket in Cape Town, South Africa.

Healthy grocery shopping South Africa

4 papaya

400 g strawberries
1 lemon
1 Queen pineapple
1 Kg naartjies / tangerines
5 bananas
250 g mini Italian tomatoes
2 avocados
1 English cucumber
broccoli
1 Kg carrots
30 g fresh basil
30 g fresh mint
100 ml dried thyme
1 l plain full-cream yogurt
130 g rice cakes
200 g carob powder

This is what my weekly grocery looked like. This provides 6-7 breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks. Nothing goes to waste!
