Healthy living in South Africa

Here’s what I got for R210 (+-$21) at Pick ‘n Pay Supermarket in Cape Town, South Africa.

This will make 6-7 breakfasts, lunches, and dinner, as well as snacks. Nothing goes to waste!

4 papaya
1 Queen pineapple
5 bananas
1 Kg Pink Lady apples
1 Kg naartjies / tangerines
1 avocado
1 English cucumber
250 g mini Italian tomatoes
cauliflower and broccoli
1 Kg carrots
30 g fresh mint
30 g fresh Basil
500 g white mushrooms
200 g desiccated coconut
