(kinda) Tropical (tasting) smoothie

This was my breakfast this morning

Ingredients

  • 4cm disk of pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • large spoon on full cream Greek-style yoghurt
  • handful of cashew nuts
  • spoon of desiccated coconut
  • spoon of oats
  • spoon of sesame seeds
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg

Method

Blend with a blender. Easy peasy!
