Smoothies!

My favourite way to eat fruit is blended, as a smoothie, for breakfast. Here’s how I roll:

This is my standard morning smoothie: 1 banana + 1 papaya, blended

This is when it’s blueberry season: +- 250ml blueberries + 1 banana

This is when it’s mango season: 1 mango

This is when it’s raspberry season: +-250ml organic raspberries + peaches

This is when I’m feeling tropical: pineapple, fresh coconut meat, + banana

This is like dessert: banana, cinnamon, yogurt, coconut milk, dessicated coconut, sesame seeds, walnuts, cacao powder
